Baptist Memorial Health Care is committed to building healthier, stronger communities. RENEW is a free eight-week virtual wellness program designed to help participants who are wanting to jump start weight loss, make changes in eating and exercise habits, or make healthier lifestyle choices through low-impact activities and achievable goals.
The program includes virtual health education and exercise sessions held virtually on eight consecutive Tuesday evenings beginning TUESDAY, AUGUST 8 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Microsoft Teams.
You must be 18 years old or older to participate. To register for this free wellness program, complete the online registration form by FRIDAY, AUGUST 4.
Join your neighbors, and invite your family and friends, to be inspired, motivated, healthier and happier.
