Baptist Golden Triangle in Columbus, Mississippi, is a major regional acute-care facility with more than 300 beds and a Level III trauma center, serving patients throughout East Mississippi and West Alabama.

The hospital offers a wide range of services including emergency care, surgery, cancer treatment, behavioral health, women’s health, maternity, wound care treatment and much more.

Baptist Golden Triangle also offers advanced heart and vascular care, combining innovative procedures like TAVR, cardiac catheterization and CardioMEMS monitoring with nationally recognized cardiac rehab and stroke programs.

Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle is a 323-bed acute care hospital in Columbus, Mississippi. As one of the largest entity hospitals in Baptist Memorial Health Care’s system of 24 hospitals, Baptist Golden Triangle has been caring for residents of the East Mississippi and West Alabama area for more than 50 years.

With more than 100 physicians and surgeons representing nearly every medical specialty, we provide a full range of comprehensive medical services. We strive to provide high-quality health care services and emphasize quality and patient safety. 

Baptist Golden Triangle was recognized as the top hospital in Mississippi for quality in 2022 by Blue Cross & Blue Shield, was named the Overall Top Comprehensive Quality Model Performer Hospital in 2022, and recognized for how well we kept patients from being readmitted to the hospital within 30 days of being discharged.

We were named one of the nation’s Best Hospitals, as well as a High Performing Hospital for hip fracture and knee replacement by U.S. News & World Report in 2022. We are the only hospital in the Golden Triangle to receive the Platinum Performance Achievement Award from the American College of Cardiology’s NCDR Chest Pain – MI Registry. 
We also received the American Heart Association’s Get With The Guidelines® Stroke Gold Plus quality achievement award for its commitment to ensuring stroke patients receive the most appropriate treatment. Corner Café Hours

Located on the first floor.

Snacks/Grab & Go: 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Dinner: 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Weekends and Holidays: 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

For the convenience of our patients and visitors, parking is located at the 5th Street entrance on the west side of the building. Parking is also available in lots along Baptist Boulevard, on the east and south sides of our campus.

Both of our hospital chapels are always open to provide quiet places for prayer and meditation. One chapel is located on the first floor, just off of the lobby of the 5th Street building; the other is located on the first floor of the Patient Tower, across from the gift shop.

Chaplains offer pastoral care for patients and family members who request assistance with spiritual concerns. The Pastoral Care office is open from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Operated by our hospital Auxiliary, the Golden-Triangle gift shop is located in the lobby of the Patient Tower and is stocked with a variety of snacks, candy, flowers, green plants, personal items, balloons, stuffed animals, baby items, picture frames, candles, handbags, women's apparel, jewelry, seasonal gifts, gift baskets and much more. All proceeds from the gift shop are invested back into our hospital.
