Christopher Michael Nickele, MD

Dr. Christopher Nickele is a Chicago native and an open endovascular neurosurgeon. He specializes in carotid narrowing, strokes, arteriovenous malformations and fistulas, disc herniations, carpal tunnel, lumbar stenosis, aneurysms, vascular malformations, and brain and spinal tumors. He also has extensive experience in lumbar and cervical radiculopathy, interventional neuroradiology, and image-guided surgery. Dr. Nickele completed a fellowship in Endovascular and Open Vascular Neurosurgery at Semmes Murphey Clinic and the University of Tennessee, and is currently an Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at the University of Tennessee.
