NEA Baptist’s integrated medical campus in Jonesboro, Arkansas, includes a six-story, 228-bed full-service hospital connected to a three-story medical office building where numerous NEA Baptist Clinic providers offer primary and specialty care. The medical campus also includes the Fowler Family Center for Cancer Care, part of Baptist Memorial Health Care’s award-winning cancer care network. NEA Baptist’s chaplain is available for crisis counseling, emotional support and spiritual guidance for patients and families. To reach the chaplain, dial x67470 or 0 from any hospital room phone. Clergy of any denomination can also be contacted for specific religious support needs. A prayer chapel, open at all times, provides a quiet space for patients, families and visitors.
Interpretation and translation services are available for non-English speaking patients, and a special communication device is also available for the hearing impaired.
