NEA Baptist’s chaplain is available for crisis counseling, emotional support and spiritual guidance for patients and families. To reach the chaplain, dial x67470 or 0 from any hospital room phone. Clergy of any denomination can also be contacted for specific religious support needs. A prayer chapel, open at all times, provides a quiet space for patients, families and visitors.
Interpretation and translation services are available for non-English speaking patients, and a special communication device is also available for the hearing impaired.
