Why did you choose pharmacy as a career?
I chose pharmacy because it is a rewarding health care career that also allows me to give back to my community. I want to help people get the appropriate medications for their condition and educate them on how to use their prescribed medicines to improve their health and quality of life.
Why did you choose Baptist?
I chose Baptist because of the welcoming and supportive environment I experienced from the very beginning of my interview process. That same sense of support has continued throughout my time here, making me feel valued and confident that Baptist was the right place for me.
Why would you recommend Baptist to a prospective applicant?
I would recommend Baptist because of the hands-on learning experiences and the supportive environment. The preceptors and staff are invested in helping residents grow, be confident in their knowledge and abilities, and develop the skills needed to become an excellent pharmacist throughout the residency year.
