Does it take more than 30 minutes to fall asleep at night? If you are having trouble sleeping or are feeling tired and sleepy much of the time, you may have a sleep disorder.

More than 100 million Americans of all ages fail to get a good night's sleep. If you answered "yes" to any one of these questions, you may have a "sleep debt" that is affecting you in ways you don't even realize.
These days there are treatments for most sleep problems, but the first step is recognizing that a problem exists. The second step is determining what causes the problem and the third step is treating the cause.
If you have sleep problems that last longer than a few weeks, you may need to be evaluated by our sleep experts, and your health care provider can refer you to a Baptist Sleep Disorder Center or Laboratory.
