Baptist Golden Triangle receives top awards for employee and physician experience

COLUMBUS, Miss., Jan. 12, 2025– Press Ganey, the global leader in health care experience solutions and services, has recognized Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle with the 2025 Human Experience (HX) Pinnacle of Excellence Award for physician experience and the Guardian of Excellence Award for physician and employee experience in multiple areas, including acute care, ambulatory care and behavioral health.

To qualify for the HX Guardian of Excellence Award, Baptist Golden Triangle had to rank in the top 5% of health care providers in delivering patient experience for the past year. The Pinnacle of Excellence Award recognizes the three highest performing facilities for each market segment based on their averaged engagement scores from census surveys conducted in the two most recent calendar years.

These awards are part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in patient experience, consumer experience, employee experience and clinical quality.
