What can a patient expect when they have you as a doctor?

Patients can expect exceptional, personalized care with an extensively experienced and trained physician. I treat all my patients with compassion and focused attention from our initial visit through diagnosis, treatment and recovery.

What is the most important factor in a doctor patient relationship and why?

I believe that communication and a trust that goes both ways are the most important aspects of a doctor-patient relationship. I rely on my skills as a physician and a communicator to gain the trust of my patients, as well as the patient’s willingness to communicate openly with me, to ensure I provide the right care.

What hobbies or activities do you enjoy when you're not working?

I enjoy most outdoors activities, including hunting, fishing and golf.

What about your line of work do you find the most rewarding and why?

Making a positive difference in patients’ lives. Many women don't realize they can get their lives back from the insecurity, isolation, and discomfort caused by urinary or fecal incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. I find it very rewarding when a patient regains their confidence and an improved quality of life they deserve.
