Officially opened to the public in 2011, Baptist Behavioral Health Care is a 26,100-square-foot building connected to the north side of Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle. It includes 30 patient rooms with two private courtyards. The facility also offers treatment for senior adults with psychiatric and/or chemical dependency problems.

All patients admitted for inpatient services are under the care of a psychiatrist. A Baptist Behavioral Health Care team member will assist with admissions and referral procedures.   • We have private rooms with individual temperature settings.

  • If necessary, our patients can be admitted through the emergency room (ER) at Baptist 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
