Baptist Union County and Baptist Booneville receive top awards for employee and physician experience
NEW ALBANY, Miss., Jan. 12, 2025– Press Ganey, the global leader in health care experience solutions and services, has recognized Baptist Memorial Hospital-Booneville with the 2025 Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Award for employee experience and Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union County with the 2025 HX Pinnacle of Excellence Award for physician experience and the Guardian of Excellence Award for employee experience.
To qualify for the HX Guardian of Excellence Award, Baptist Booneville and Baptist Union County had to rank in the top 5% of health care providers in delivering patient experience for the past year. The Pinnacle of Excellence Award, presented to Baptist Union County, recognizes the three highest performing facilities for each market segment based on their averaged engagement scores from census surveys conducted in the two most recent calendar years.
Receiving the 2025 Human Experience Pinnacle of Excellence and Guardian of Excellence Awards for physician and employee experience is a great honor.
