Baptist to offer breast cancer screenings at Tanger Pink Party

MEMPHIS, Tenn., Sept. 17, 2025–Baptist Cancer Center-Desoto, Baptist Women’s Health Center and other area health care providers are collaborating for the annual Tanger Pink Party from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20 at Tanger Southaven.

Baptist’s mobile mammography unit will be on site for screenings and providing breast cancer education. Northeast Mississippi Health Care and Mississippi Breast and Cervical Program will help sign up uninsured patients for screenings. Appointments are recommended and can be made by calling 901-227-PINK.

Anyone present will have the opportunity to donate to Baptist Cancer Center’s Patient Assistance Fund to support patients who need financial assistance for medication, home medical devices, transportation and other necessities. Donations of $20 or more will qualify for a coupon card offering discounts to participating stores within Tanger Southaven throughout October.
