Baptist Cancer Center and Mid-South Imaging receive top awards for employee and patient experience
MEMPHIS, Tenn., Jan. 12, 2026– Press Ganey, the global leader in health care experience solutions and services, has recognized Baptist Cancer Center and Mid-South Imaging Center as 2025 Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Award winners.
Baptist Cancer Center is among the top 5% of health care providers for employee experience, and Mid-South Imaging Center is among the top 5% delivering patient experience in the U.S. in the last year.
Receiving the Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award is a great honor. Baptist Cancer Center and the Mid-South Imaging Center work together on the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The HX Guardian of Excellence Award is part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in one of three categories: patient experience, consumer experience and employee experience.
