Baptist Anderson Regional Medical Center celebrates first baby born at the hospital in 2026
MERIDIAN, Miss., Jan. 1, 2026– Baptist Anderson Regional Medical Center welcomed the first baby born at the hospital on Jan. 1 at 8:26 a.m.
Kaytlin Peeples and Joey Crosby were ecstatic to welcome their new baby boy Kaycen Jase, who weighed in at 5 pounds. Kaysen is the family's second child; his older sister is Kyrielle.

The hospital presented the family with gifts for the baby.
