Martin Strueber, MD

Specializing in Thoracic and CV Surgery

Dr. Strueber is a native of Hannover, Germany. He received his medical degree from the Hannover Medical School, where he worked as professor and attending cardiothoracic surgeon for 14 years. He performed clinical and research clerkships at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, and the Texas Heart Institute in Houston. Dr. Strueber is board certified in cardiac and thoracic surgery. Prior to joining Baptist in 2020, he was Director of Cardiothoracic Transplant Surgery and Mechanical Circulatory Support at Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, N.J.
