Allison Bosse serves as executive leadership of both Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women and the Spence and Becky Wilson Baptist Children's Hospital. Bosse holds a bachelor's degree in management and marketing from King University and a master's degree in health care administration from the University of Memphis.
Margaret Williams
Chief Financial Officer
Margaret Williams is responsible for hospital financial operations, revenue cycle and budgets. Williams holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee at Martin and a master's degree in health care administration from Central Michigan University.
April Fox
Chief Nursing Officer
April Fox heads development and implementation of all nursing and related patient care activities while serving with the hospital leadership team. Fox holds a Bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Utah, a Bachelors in Nursing from New York University, Masters in nursing with an emphasis in healthcare education from the University of Phoenix and a Doctorate of Nursing from Grand Canyon University.
Jennifer Snow, MD, MBA
Chief Medical Officer and System Medical Director of Pediatrics
Dr. Jennifer Snow serves as Chief Medical Officer and System Director of Pediatrics managing medical staff functions, overseeing daily operations for Pediatrics and Women’s and serving as a liaison between hospital staff and administration.
