For patients who need special care, our skilled nursing facilities offer a bridge from the hospital to recovery for those recently discharged from acute care.

An extension of hospital services, our facilities provide long-term medical and nursing care, physical and occupational therapy and social services to patients whose medical or other conditions required 24-hour supervised care.

These facilities also provide an interdisciplinary team approach to sub-acute care for medically complex patients needing dialysis, wound care, intravenous antibiotics and rehabilitative services, among others. All services are provided in an atmosphere that optimizes a patient's comfort, dignity and independence.
