Employee Counseling Services
CONCERN Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential counseling services to you and anyone who lives with you. It is paid for by your employer.
You or a family member may call the EAP to schedule an appointment with a licensed counselor. Together with your counselor, you will discuss the issues you may be facing and create a plan of action. Most challenges can be handled at the EAP with counseling.
Life situations can become very stressful, but we can help with all types of problems, including:
- Family issues
- Marital/relationship difficulties
- Coping with major life events, such as job loss, relocation and serious illness
- Grieving the loss of a loved one
- Coping with violence
- Improving self-esteem
- Managing the stress of everyday life
- Alcohol and drugs
- Work/life balance
- Behavioral issues of children and adolescents
- Educational issues of children and adolescents
Regular office hours are 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The main EAP office is located in Midtown Memphis, with three satellite offices in Germantown, Bartlett, and Southaven, MS. We have additional offices throughout Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi, as well as affiliates throughout the United States. A CONCERN counselor is always available by phone, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
EAP counseling services are private and confidential.
To make an appointment, please call 901-458-4000 or 800-445-5011.
During your first visit, we prefer to spend as much time as possible getting to know you, rather than using valuable time for administrative tasks. We encourage you to print, complete these documents and bring them to your appointment. We look forward to meeting you.
