As a sponsor of the 2005 Salvation Army Angel Tree Program which provides Christmas gifts to thousands of children and senior citizens, Baptist colleagues adopted a total of 74 angels. On Dec. 7, 2005, Baptist held a reception in the lobby of its corporate center in Memphis to express appreciation for all of its volunteers who supported the effort.
