Baptist Booneville Names New Assistant Administrator

BOONEVILLE, Miss. - Baptist Memorial Hospital-Booneville recently announced that Dianne Boatman will be joining the leadership team as an assistant administrator.

Boatman will oversee the laboratory, pharmacy, physical therapy, radiology and respiratory therapy as well as physician recruitment.

Before coming to Baptist Booneville in 2005, she worked at Magnolia Regional Hospital in Corinth, serving in various roles as chief executive officer, vice president of clinical services and chief nursing officer.

"Dianne will be an asset to our leadership team and our hospital in her new role," said Kyle Armstrong, administrator and CEO of Baptist Booneville.

Boatman received an associate of science in nursing degree from Northeast Community College, a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Alabama-Florence and a Master of Science in nursing from the University of Alabama-Birmingham.

Baptist Booneville is a 114-bed hospital that offers diagnostic services, critical care and other acute care services. It operates one of the few geriatric psychiatric units in the area, and it also offers a Sleep Disorder Lab and a specialty clinic that includes cardiology, otolaryngology, neurology, ophthalmology and orthopedic services.
