Memphis, Tenn., April 9, 2001 - Baptist Trinity Hospice is accepting camper applications for the third annual Camp Good Grief to be held Aug. 6-8 at Pinecrest Conference and Retreat Center in LaGrange, Tenn.

Camp Good Grief, began in 1999 as the Mid-South's first children's grief camp, will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day, and lunches and snacks will be provided. A professional and caring bereavement staff will have an active part in the camp, helping children communicate their feelings and explore their grief through support groups and activities involving art, music, journaling and recreation.

Any child between the ages of 7 and 12 who has suffered a loss in the last two years is eligible for the free camp, funded by a grant from the Baptist Memorial Health Care Foundation.
