Memphis, Tenn., Feb. 16, 2000 - The Baptist College of Health Sciences, 1003 Monroe Ave., will host an open house for prospective students on Saturday, Feb. 26.

Registration will begin at 9:30 a.m., and the program will start at 10 a.m. Refreshments will be served, and free parking will be available.

Opened in 1995, the College offers bachelor of science degrees in nursing and Allied Health with majors in respiratory care and radiological sciences. It also offers completion degrees for licensed or registered nurses, radiographers and respiratory therapists. In addition, it provides a variety of class schedules, from traditional day classes to evening and weekend programs designed so professionals will not have to alter their work schedules to attend the College.

During its nearly five-year existence, the College's student body has grown from 33 to more than 500 students.
