Stroke Connection Magazine
Published six times a year by the American Stroke Association, a
division of the American Heart Association, this publication provides
information that stroke families need, including rehabilitation
guidance, advice on secondary prevention, new treatment advances, and
stories of inspiration from survivors and caregivers.
American Heart Association Family Guide to Stroke:
Treatment, Recovery, Prevention
This book, written for stroke survivors and family members,
provides in-depth information about what has happened and what will
happen as stroke recovery progresses. It is available in bookstores. Stroke
