Baptist Behavioral Health Care's Inpatient Psychiatric Unit is a 22-bed psychiatric facility that offers a safe environment, attractive patient rooms, dayrooms and patient lounges. The length of the individualized treatment programs depend on patient needs.

The Inpatient Psychiatric Unit provides care for patients with mental health issues that require hospitalization.

Board-certified psychiatrists lead the multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes:

Who Can Receive Treatment Here?

The Inpatient Psychiatric Unit is equipped to treat people 18 years of age or older who have any emotional or mental disorder that requires hospitalization.

The Admissions Process

Our initial assessment is free, and we admit patients through the Baptist Behavioral Health Care admissions office. Emergency referrals are accepted 24 hours a day.
