Meet The Doctor

What can a patient expect when they have you as a doctor?

I will listen to my patients and treat them as family, I will do my best to explain what the plan for their care will be, and will be responsive to their requests. I try to educate the patient about their issues so they are well informed and confident in my care of them. I basically view my patients as a type of extended family. I will work to provide the best care for my patients.

What is the most important factor in a doctor-patient relationship and why?

Trust. I have to gain the patients trust by listening to their concerns, formulating and explaining a treatment plan in a way that is understandable to them and their family, and do this in a way in which their questions and concerns are validated and answered.

What hobbies or activities do you enjoy when you're not working?

Golf, playing with my kids, travel.

What about your line of work do you find the most rewarding and why?

I enjoy the interaction with patients and being able to fix/correct their problems so that they can have a better quality of life.
