Baptist Union City Names New Outpatient Services Director
Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City recently named Scott Becton director of Outpatient Services. Becton joined Baptist Union City in 1996. Most recently, he served as coordinator of the hospital’s MRI and Picture Archiving and Communications System, which stores diagnostic images electronically, reducing the need for films.
Becton received an associate degree in science from Jackson State Community College and resides in Union City with his wife, Elizabeth, and daughter, Julianne.

Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City colleagues Skipper Bondurant, Robin Simpson and Katie Steward checked out a heart health information bulletin board on National Wear Red Day, February 2.
National Wear Red Day
By showing off a favorite red dress, shirt or tie, people nationwide united to spread awareness of heart disease, the No.1 killer of women. Wear Red Day is a national movement designed to give women a personal and urgent wake-up call about their risk of heart disease.
