Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

There are many needs in our communities that fall outside of Baptist’s traditional areas of commitment. We are dedicated to directing most of our charitable contributions and volunteer efforts to providing health care education and access, yet we actively work with non-profit, charitable organizations in our communities to provide hundreds of thousands of dollars in sponsorships and contributions to their fund-raising efforts. In 2004, Baptist provided more than $780,000 in sponsorships and employee donations
to the fund-raising efforts of non-profit organizations, such as the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, United Way and others, to help those organizations provide more resources to our communities.
Baptist also contributes thousands of dollars in free medical supplies for various medical mission trips across the globe.
In keeping with the three-fold ministry of Christ - preaching, teaching and healing - Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation will be the leader in providing quality health care.
