The birthing area of Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi’s Women’s Pavilion comprises five large labor-delivery-recovery rooms, expanded Level I and II nurseries, a special Caesarean section suite and premier equipment for both mother and baby. The postpartum area is a 27-bed unit designated for female and pediatric patients only. The large, comfortable rooms are complete with amenities to meet the specific needs of both women and children. Physicians are board-certified, and nursing staff members are trained according to their specialty areas.
