This innovative simulation center at Baptist Memphis features 3,600 square feet of space devoted to clinical training, providing our staff with an open environment to practice, develop, and grow. There is also a high-tech classroom for additional education opportunities and seminars, including for local university and college students.
Using high-fidelity simulators that talk, breathe, and bleed, our staff can replicate real-life situations in a facility created to look like an actual hospital setting. Additionally, clinical staff can use the center to show patients and family members what to expect about upcoming procedures.  Five patient care rooms simulate the following services:

 The simulation center was made possible through a grant from the Baptist Memorial Health Care Foundation in an effort to support safe patient care. The center helps ensure Baptist Memphis provides safe, patient-centered care by offering a proactive, hands-on educational environment for all health team members.
