The Hardin Pediatric Center (inpatient unit), with 19 inpatient beds, is specifically designed to meet not only children’s medical needs but also their growth and developmental needs. A complete team of registered nurses – all of whom specialize in pediatrics – staffs the unit, which also features a playroom with toys, video games and movies for all ages.
Four intermediate care beds are available for patients who require around-the-clock observation and/or frequent monitoring. Technologically advanced equipment and a professional staff of registered nurses skilled in the care of critically ill children staff this area.  Top of Page |
