Not just a new building. A new way of delivering health care.

The NEA Baptist Health System is bringing a new facility, new technology, and a new health care model to Northeast Arkansas.
The 550,000+ square-foot hospital will feature larger patient rooms and operating suites, enhanced with new technology and amenities. More importantly, the NEA Baptist Hospital and NEA Baptist Clinic will be housed under one roof, following the Mayo Clinic’s integrated health care model. The new campus will include more than 212,000 sq. ft. of clinic space.
The integrated model, putting physician offices on the same floor as inpatient hospital units, is the wave of the future for patient care because of its efficiency and responsiveness to patient needs.
Already NEA Baptist uses electronic medical records and delivers a more responsive, personal approach to diagnosis and treatment. Forming a strong, physician-directed and professionally managed health care system is a natural next step and will allow us to provide high-quality, cost-effective care to the Northeast Arkansas community far into the future.
About the NEA Baptist Health System
Baptist Memorial Health Care and NEA Clinic partnered to form a not-for-profit health system in Northeast Arkansas named NEA Baptist Health System. The partnership with NEA Clinic and its longstanding commitment to the Northeast Arkansas community gave Baptist the confidence to invest more than $400 million in this new health system — the single largest investment made by Baptist in any community and the largest health care investment in Arkansas in the last decade.
