The sports medicine staff, the first of its kind in the Baptist system, includes exercise specialists, exercise physiologists, athletic trainers, physical therapists, sports medicine specialists and certified weight training specialists.

Your sports rehab team provides on-site event coverage, acute rehabilitation, post-injury rehabilitation conditioning and training, aquatic therapy and golf swing analysis and performance enhancement.

Speed and agility exercises on the ladder retrain dynamic reactions to enhance the body’s ability to quickly respond to stretching and changing directions to prevent future reinjury.

Proprioception training which retrains the body’s ability to detect and respond to subtle changes in joint or body position.
