Baptist Germantown offers a number of diagnostic services under one roof. Conveniently located and with easy-access parking, Baptist Germantown’s diagnostic services, housed within the hospital, serve a wide range of patients, including pediatric patients. Appointments are readily available Monday through Friday for all diagnostic services, and walk-ins are welcome for routine X-rays.
In addition to computerized tomography, routine imaging, nuclear medicine and ultrasound, Baptist Germantown also features an open magnetic resonance imaging system. Called the AIRIS II (shown below), it provides clear images of patients’ internal organs. Thanks to its open platform and 500-pound table limit, the open MRI can accommodate many different types of patients — even those with moderate to severe claustrophobia.
