

Brian Hogan
interim administrator & CEO/chief nursing officer
Brian Hogan is the interim administrator and chief nursing officer for Baptist Rehabilitation-Germantown. He graduated from University of Phoenix with a master's degree in nursing and from Baptist College of Health Sciences with a bachelor's degree in nursing.
He has held a variety of positions during his time with Baptist, and most recently, he served as the nursing director overseeing catheter lab services, the cardiac intervention unit, the neurology unit, dialysis services and cardiac monitoring at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Before that, he was nurse manager of the cardiac intervention unit and head nurse on the orthopedic/neurology unit at Baptist Memphis.
A member of the Germantown Chamber of Commerce, Hogan is a member of the second Baptist Leadership Institute class. The Baptist Leadership Institute provides extensive training for selected Baptist leaders. He is also a graduate of Leadership Germantown.

Rebecca DeRousse
assistant administrator
Rebecca DeRousse joined Baptist Rehabilitation-Germantown in 2003 after a career with a local long-term care facility. She serves as the administrator of the skilled nursing unit at the hospital and also oversees the departments of pharmacy, radiology, diabetes education and plant operations.
DeRousse received a bachelor's degree in medical record administration from the University of Tennessee at Memphis, a master's degree in health care administration from the University of Memphis, and a master's degree in business administration from Union University. She is a certified fellow of the American College of Healthcare Administrators.
In 2002, she was named one of Memphis Woman magazine's "50 Women Who Make a Difference." She serves on the Board of Trustees for the Mid-South Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and she is active in the Germantown community, serving as the chair for the Neighborhood Preservation Commission.

Chetan Parekh
chief financial officer
Chetan Parekh has been with Baptist since 1997, serving in a variety of positions including chief financial officer of Baptist Memorial Health Services, Inc. and the Baptist Minor Medical Centers. In his current role as CFO at Baptist Rehabilitation-Germantown, Parekh is responsible for the overall financial management of the organization of Baptist Memorial Regional Rehabilitation Services Inc., Baptist Rehabilitation Hospital, Baptist Restorative Hospital and Baptist Rehabilitation Clinics.
Parekh earned a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Bombay and a bachelor's and master's degree in business administration from the University of Memphis. A certified health care financial professional through the Healthcare Financial Management Association, Parekh is working to earn his master's degree in health care administration through the University of Memphis.

Amy Barringer
clinical director
Amy Barringer has worked at Baptist Memorial Health Care since 1994. She began her career as a staff physical therapist in the inpatient rehabilitation department at the Baptist Medical Center. Since that time, she has held a variety of management positions in acute care, skilled nursing, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services.
As clinical director at Baptist Rehabilitation-Germantown, she is responsible for clinical rehabilitation services, including skilled rehabilitation, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient pediatric and adult therapies, industrial rehabilitation services and day treatment rehabilitation. She also oversees the clinical management of the free standing physical therapy clinics in Bartlett and Midtown.
Barringer received a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from the University of Tennessee, graduating with highest honors, and was awarded the outstanding student award for clinical and academic excellence. She is currently working to earn her master's degree in health care administration through the University of Memphis. She is an active member in the Germantown Chamber of Commerce and a graduate of Leadership Germantown. Barringer sits on the board of directors for both organizations.

Pam Hill
director of human resources
Pam Hill joined Baptist Germantown's staff in January 2003. As well as leading all human resources programs and services, she is also responsible for leadership guidance for environmental services, food and nutrition and volunteer services.
Hill began her career at Baptist in 1988 and was most recently Baptist DeSoto's director of human resources. She received her associate's degree in education from Northwest Mississippi Junior College and continued her studies through the University of Mississippi. She is the past-president of the Germantown Civitan Club and is an active member of the Germantown Chamber of Commerce.

Lee Ann Davis
director of business development
Lee Ann Davis joined Baptist Rehabilitation-Germantown in June 2011 as director of business development. Her responsibilities include overseeing the hospital's referral office, liaison team and marketing department.
A graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, Davis has more than 15 years of health care experience. Prior to joining Baptist, she served as director of marketing operations for HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital and the business development director for a children and adolescent residential treatment facility. She is also an active member of the Professional Network on Aging.
