Wellness Center
The Wellness Center at Baptist Collierville helps patients effectively manage their wellness and rehabilitation from chronic disease, physical injury or deterioration using preventive measures, such as exercise and strengthening, healthy eating and lifestyle education. We are dedicated to cultivating active partnerships with clients to continually improve the health and wellness of the communities we serve.
Dartfish Video Analysis
Athletes and physical therapy patients can use video analysis at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Collierville’s satellite physical therapy clinic at the Collierville Community Center to improve their sports game or functional outcomes.

The staff comprises physical, occupational and speech therapists; a certified athletic trainer; and a certified physical therapy assistant — all of whom are trained to meet an individual’s specific needs.
With referral from a physician, Baptist Collierville also offers rehabilitation for work-related injuries, sports injuries, tendonitis, joint replacement and stroke, as well as musculoskeletal problems.

The Wellness Center also offers a low-fee membership, paid on a monthly basis for the following individuals:
- Post-physical therapy graduates
- People who may require special medical attention and guidance with exercise
- Community residents
- Employees and physicians
Physician approval may be required, depending upon an individual’s health status. The Wellness Center is open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

DeSoto Athletic Club
Baptist Memorial Hospital-Collierville's rehabilitation department offers physical therapy services at its satellite clinic at the DeSoto Athletic Club located at the Collierville Community Center. This clinic serves as another place for patients to receive high-quality physical therapy close to home.
The clinic offers a variety of physical therapy services on a physician referral basis. Patients can receive physical therapy to help them recover from an injury, illness or surgical procedure. Therapy also is offered to help patients deal with pain or relearn how to perform functions on the job.

Arthritis
Chronic pain syndromes (complex regional pain syndrome, fibromyalgia)

Experienced Outpatient Physical Therapy Staff
Dwana DeSanctis, physical therapist
DeSanctis is trained in manual orthopedic therapy, McKenzie techniques, work-related injuries and sports injuries. Also, DeSanctis is certified in neuromuscular development techniques, in lymphedema management and as an ergonomics assessment specialist.
Monica Baker, physical therapist
A certified athletic trainer, Baker is trained in manual orthopedic therapy. Baker also is certified in sports injuries and muscle pulls and sprains.
Kristin Pritchard, physical therapist and occupational therapist
Pritchard is certified in manual orthopedic therapy, neuromuscular development techniques and lymphedema management. Pritchard also can provide hands-on treatment for immediate pain relief and specializes in pediatric handwriting dysfunction.
Tyler Green, physical therapist
Green specializes in the orthopedic and neurological populations.
Georgia Touliatos, certified physical therapy assistant
Touliatos specializes in the orthopedic and neurological populations and is certified in lymphedema management.
