Kyle Armstrong
administrator and chief executive officer
Kyle Armstrong is the administrator and CEO at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Booneville. He previously served as an assistant administrator at Baptist Golden Triangle where he oversaw ambulance services, laboratory services, behavioral health, radiology and diagnostic imaging and rehabilitation services since 2010.
He served as assistant administrator at Baptist Union City upon completion of an administrative fellowship with Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation in Memphis.
He attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where he received a bachelor’s degree in public relations and business administration. He earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a second master’s degree from UAB in health care.

Dianne D. Boatman
assistant administrator
Dianne D. Boatman is the assistant administrator, overseeing laboratory, pharmacy, physical therapy, and respiratory therapy. She also serves as the physician recruiter. Boatman has been at Baptist Booneville since 2005.
After receiving an associate of science in nursing degree from Northeast Community College, she earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Alabama-Florence and a Master of Science in nursing from the University of Alabama-Birmingham.

Judy Ramey
chief nursing officer
Judy Ramey has been a nurse for almost 30 years and has been in nursing administration the majority of that time. Her area of responsibility as chief nursing officer is overseeing nursing.
She earned associate degrees in nursing and education, as well as a bachelor degree in nursing.

Donavan Leonard
chief financial officer
Donavan Leonard is the chief financial officer for Baptist Booneville. He joined the hospital’s administrative team in 2010 after spending eight years at Baptist Golden Triangle as the controller.
His areas of responsibility include oversight of financial reporting, compliance with federal privacy and security laws, coordination of audits, and the revenue and reimbursement cycle.
Donavan has two bachelor's degrees from Troy State University: one in economics and one in accounting.

Shannon Bolen
director of human resources
Shannon D. Bolen is the director of human resources for Baptist Memorial Hospital-Booneville. Bolen has been with Baptist since 2007, and is responsible for interpreting policy, sharing information and providing timely counsel to managers and employees. She manages benefit packages, the annual performance review process and the hospital’s compensation plan as well as overseeing the hr department's day-to-day operations. Shannon holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee-Martin.

Sergio Warren
director of marketing/community and industrial relations
Sergio M. Warren is director of marketing/community and industrial relations for Baptist Memorial Hospital-Booneville. He is responsible for the hospital's strategic marketing, special events, creative marketing campaigns, media relations, industrial health programs, and community involvement. Warren received a bachelor's degree in exercise science from the University of Mississippi in Oxford. He is a member of the Mississippi Hospital Associations society for Health Care Marketing and Public Relations. An active member of the community, he serves on the board of directors for the Booneville Area Chamber of Commerce, Prentiss County 4-H, Booneville Boys and Girls Club, and the Northeast Mississippi charter chapter of Mississippi Oral Community Health Alliance.

Linda R. Chaffin
director of medical review
Linda R. Chaffin is the director of medical review at Baptist Booneville. Her areas of oversight include risk management, quality and accreditation, health information management, case management, infection surveillance, medical staff credentialing, and medical staff liaison.
Chaffin has been with Baptist Booneville since 1973.
After attending Northeast Mississippi Community College she completed a two year course to become accredited by the American Health Information Association as a Registered Health Information Technician.
