Learning Objectives

  • Discuss recent state-of-the-art advances in the assessment and management of patients associated with cardiovascular and neurovascular conditions.
  • Evaluate specific treatment modalities and pharmacologic interventions.

Primary care physicians, cardiologists, hospitalists, emergency clinicians, neurologists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, case management, EMS personnel and other health care professionals.

There is no charge to attend this educational activity. Physician participants can claim CME credits for a flat fee of $70.00. Payment is to be made upon completion of the post-activity evaluation.

Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation, the Center for Education & Organizational Development is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Tennessee Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. Up to 6.75 hours will be awarded.

Continuing OT/PT Education

Approved for 7 CCUs for continuing competence (CC) credit by the Mississippi State Board of Physical Therapy.

Mississippi State Department of Health has approved this course for 7.16 CEUs for Occupational Therapy.
