Recruitment process

Baptist Employment Services is excited to announce the implementation of our new Talent Management Software, iCIMS. All job opportunities are now available to apply online.

  • An email address is now required when submitting an application in order for the recruiter to communicate with applicants
  • Please note Employment Office kiosks will not set up personal email addresses. The following sites offer FREE email: Google, Hotmail, Yahoo, and others.
  • Kiosks are available in the Employment Office and Baptist-DeSoto Human Resources Department for applicants with an established e-mail address.
  • Applicants with a valid e-mail address may apply at any time from any computer with internet access.
