Educational Assistance

Educational assistance is part of Baptist's efforts to attract high-quality workers into the health care field. Baptist offers competitive salaries, benefits packages, retirement plans, flexible schedules, and partnerships with local colleges and universities.

Foundation Educational Assistance Program (FEAP)

Baptist Memorial Health Care offers educational assistance to full-time students in select allied health disciplines deemed priority recruitment areas. The FEAP will pay tuition payments for the last two years of an associate/bachelor level degree and the last four years of a master's/doctorate level degree. Books, room and board are the responsibility of the student. Upon graduation, the FEAP recipient may receive an employment opportunity, including competitive salary and benefits, if any opening exists within the Baptist system. If hired, the FEAP recipient must work for Baptist, in accordance with the work off periods stated in the agreement.
