James Grantham
Administrator and Chief Executive Officer

James Grantham is hospital administrator and Chief Executive Officer for Baptist BoonevilleJames Grantham joined Baptist Booneville as administrator and CEO in June 2012. Previously, he served as assistant administrator Baptist Union County and Baptist Collierville.

He began his career with Baptist as a medical technologist in 1998. After pursuing his graduate degree in 2005, Grantham returned to Baptist as the recipient of the 2009 Frank S. Groner Administrative Fellowship.

A native of Star, Miss., Grantham is married and has three children. He holds a master's degree in health administration from the University of Memphis and undergraduate degrees in biology and clinical laboratory science from Belhaven University and the University of Mississippi Medical Center.

Randy White
Chief Nursing Officer

Randy WhiteRandy White is the chief nursing officer for Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union County and Baptist Memorial Hospital-Booneville. He previously served as director of nursing at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi and director of case management and risk management at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union County.

White joined Baptist in 1998. He holds a bachelor of science in nursing from the University of North Alabama and an associate degree in nursing from the Northeast Mississippi Community College.

Kimberly D. High
Chief Financial Officer

Kimberly D. HighKimberly D. High is chief financial officer for Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union County and Baptist Memorial Hospital-Booneville. She oversees internal audit, accounting, business office, materials management and information systems. She also prepares the hospitals’ yearly budget and coordinates preparation of audit and cost report schedules. High began her career at Baptist Memorial Health Care in 1994 as a staff accountant at Baptist Union County. She served as controller for Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi from 1995-1996. She received a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Mississippi.
