Upon learning of the Baptist Memorial Health Care Foundation’s support of providing quality patient care, many people ask how they can help; and we let them know there are many ways individuals can support the Foundation’s efforts. Contributions to the Foundation in support of our hospitals and other entities can be made in many ways: Participating in Events The Foundation has developed several events to raise funds for specific programs, offering opportunities for individuals and corporate sponsors to support worthwhile causes and have fun while doing so. Donations Gifts to the Baptist Memorial Health Care Foundation can be made in the form of cash, a check or credit card. Such gifts are tax deductible as allowed by law. The Foundation also can accommodate monthly giving plans through automatic drafts from checking accounts. Donations can be made to a specific program or to wherever the need is greatest. Donations can be made to the Foundation for any desired amount using a secure online form. Memorial Gifts If you wish to remember a friend or family member who has passed away, you may do so by making a donation in his or her memory. This is a wonderful way to honor that person and help enhance patient care at the same time. Tribute Gifts Gifts made in honor of an individual or in recognition of a special occasion express what words alone often cannot. Such gifts are important sources of support for the Foundation’s programs.
